On November 13, 2023, the Party General Branch and Youth Committee of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm jointly held a symposium in Nanning on "Party Building Leading the Firm · Focusing on the Growth of Young Lawyers." Chen Zhen, Deputy Director of Tongwang Law Firm, Huang Weilun, a member of the Party General Branch, and young lawyers and intern lawyers from the law firm attended the symposium.

At the symposium, lawyers Xie Xiaohong and Yan Can shared their learning experiences at Anhui Law Firm from different perspectives, such as party building in law firms, lawyer specialization, marketing and promotion, resource sharing, lawyer team building, and services. The participants broadened their horizons and were deeply inspired.

In September 2023, the Department of Justice of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and the Department of Justice of Anhui Province carried out paired assistance work in the lawyer industry. Lawyers Xie Xiaohong and Yan Can from Tongwang Law Firm participated in follow-up study at Anhui Law Firm.
Subsequently, lawyers Lan Xiangang and Huang Weilun conveyed the spirit of the meeting and shared their experiences on the large-scale training and demonstration training class for young party member lawyers in the Guangxi lawyer industry in 2023, which focused on "Focusing on the Growth of Party Members and Stimulating Organizational Vitality."

In late October 2023, the Party Committee of the Guangxi Lawyer Industry held a large-scale training and demonstration training class for young party member lawyers in the Guangxi Lawyer Industry in 2023, which focused on "Focusing on the Growth of Party Members and Stimulating Organizational Vitality." Huang Weilun and Lan Xiangang from Tongwang Law Firm's Nanning Office participated in the training.
Deputy Director Chen Zhen made a concluding speech at the symposium. She encouraged young lawyers to organize and participate in similar symposiums more often.
