Since 2004, Tongwang has maintained a free legal service hotline, providing legal consultation services to the public for over 20,000 people.
In recent years, Tongwang has organized lawyers to participate in receiving legal visits, providing free consultation and mediation services at the Autonomous Region High People's Court, the Autonomous Region Bureau of Letters and Calls, the Nanning Women's Federation, and the Nanning Federation of Trade Unions, totaling more than 130 person-times. Several lawyers, including Chen Zhen, have been assigned as resident lawyers of 12348 'China Law Network' and 'Guangxi Law Network', regularly on duty at the public legal service platform to answer legal inquiries.
In 2017, Tongwang partnered with the Guangxi Police Association to establish the Guangxi Police Association Public Security Police Legal Service Center Workstation (Nanning) and the Guangxi Police Association Public Security Police Legal Service Center Guangxi Coast Guard Second Detachment Workstation (Fangchenggang City). Tongwang has dispatched as many as 38 lawyers to the two stations.
