On the afternoon of November 1st, Tang Deren, Secretary of the Party Branch and Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Liuzhou) Law Firm, was invited by the advisory unit, Guangxi Chest Hospital, to conduct a special legal lecture entitled "Key 'Points' Causing Medical Disputes." More than 100 hospital department directors, section chiefs, and medical staff attended the lecture.
Attorney Tang Deren first listed some key 20 time points that easily lead to medical disputes, then combined relevant cases, summarized the characteristics of each time point, and proposed practical and effective preventive measures.
The participants expressed that this lecture was simple and profound, rich in content, focused on the combination of theory and practice, and highly practical, and the atmosphere was warm. Through the training, the participants' awareness of risk prevention and control capabilities in medical activities was improved, and good results were achieved. After the 90-minute lecture, the questions of the medical staff were also answered, and satisfactory answers were obtained.
