On November 3, 2023, a delegation of 5 people from Heng Li Xin Law Firm of the Kingdom of Cambodia, represented by partner Mr. Keo HokLee, visited Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm. The two parties established a cooperative relationship under the background of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP). After signing the cooperation agreement, the guests and hosts had in-depth exchanges on how to carry out cooperation.

Mr. Keo HokLee first introduced the basic situation and business characteristics of Heng Li Xin Law Firm, whose main clients are Chinese investors going global. He believes that the cooperation with Tongwang is an opportunity for the legal circles of China and Cambodia to deepen understanding and respond to the needs of the bilateral foreign-related legal service market; based on the principle of mutual benefit and win-win, the two parties should give full play to their resource advantages, especially in the fields of law and investment, jointly explore the legal service markets of both parties, carry out cross-border legal service cooperation, and launch legal service products.

Director Huang Qiangguang agreed with Mr. Keo HokLee's opinion. After introducing the basic situation and business characteristics of Tongwang, he put forward opinions and suggestions on the specific cooperation matters with Heng Li Xin Law Firm.

The two sides reached a consensus on cooperation mechanisms, information sharing, bilateral laws and regulations retrieval, business training, business outreach, and how to cooperate under the RCEP background to design legal service products and provide legal services for bilateral or multilateral economic and trade exchanges.

The signing of a cooperation agreement between Heng Li Xin Law Firm and Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm marks that Tongwang has realized the "going global" and "bringing in" of legal services, and can provide better legal services for Chinese companies "going global" and Cambodian investors "coming in" to invest in China.
