On the morning of October 30, 2023, Liang Yungang, a full-time lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited to conduct a special legal training for its standing legal counsel unit, Nanning Zhu Jin Commercial Factoring Co., Ltd., entitled "Common Problems and Countermeasures in Factoring Contract Disputes."
During the training, Lawyer Liang Yungang, based on the provisions of the "Civil Code" concerning factoring contracts, combined with actual cases, started from the validity of commercial factoring contracts, the procedures for assignment of claims, the requirements for notification of assignment of claims, the jurisdiction of commercial factoring contract dispute cases, preservation and enforcement, etc., and analyzed common problems in factoring business from the perspectives of legal theory and judicial practice, elaborated on common risk points in factoring business, and proposed corresponding prevention strategies. After the training, Lawyer Liang Yungang answered questions raised by the participants regarding problems encountered in daily operations.
