To further enhance the risk identification and control capabilities of enterprises in the entire process of bidding, improve the awareness of enterprises to carry out bidding activities in accordance with laws and regulations, and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of bidding and procurement, on the afternoon of August 31, 2023, Wu Jing, senior partner and deputy director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited to Guangxi Guangtou Lingang Industrial Co., Ltd. to conduct legal training on bidding practices. Relevant leaders, middle-level managers, and personnel from various departments of the company participated in the training.
During the training, Deputy Director Wu Jing, combined with her nearly 20 years of experience in enterprise management and law practice, used vivid cases of project bidding disputes, combined with relevant laws and regulations, to elaborate on the identification and countermeasures of risk management and control in the enterprise bidding process from the aspects of bidding subject, withdrawal and revocation of bids, consortium bidding, major design changes, and circumstances of re-bidding. Wu Jing also answered the difficult questions raised by the trainees one by one through on-site questions and interactive exchanges, and gave professional legal opinions and suggestions.
