On the morning of September 13, 2023, Wu Jing, a senior partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, and lawyer Wang Ximan were invited to lecture at the 2023 Legal Governance and Compliance Management Training Class of China Telecom Guangxi Branch. Nearly 100 business backbones of China Telecom Guangxi Branch participated in the training.
Lawyer Wu Jing gave a special lecture on "Analysis of Highlights of the New Anti-Monopoly Law". Lawyer Wu Jing interpreted the "Anti-Monopoly Law" from three aspects: the revision background of the Anti-Monopoly Law, monopoly behavior, and the highlights of the new Anti-Monopoly Law. Through the typical cases of the Supreme People's Court on horizontal monopoly agreements and vertical monopoly agreements, she deeply analyzed the compliance trends and development status in the field of anti-monopoly from the aspects of rules, agreements, and exemption conditions. Combining legal practice and the characteristics of the telecommunications industry, she conducted a targeted analysis of the monopoly risks existing in the market position in the telecommunications industry and put forward practical suggestions. This lecture strengthened the participants' awareness of compliance in the field of anti-monopoly, and the participants further understood and grasped the compliance boundaries of what can and cannot be done, effectively improving the company's anti-monopoly compliance management capabilities.
Lawyer Wang Ximan focused on the integrated management of business development and employment compliance, and gave a special lecture on "Legal Analysis of Enterprise Labor Employment Compliance Risks in the Context of the Digital Economy".
Combining the characteristics of the diversity of employment forms, the flexibility of completing labor tasks, and the digitization and intelligence of labor management in the current digital economy era, lawyer Wang Ximan put forward systematic suggestions on how to build an enterprise labor employment compliance management system. By sharing the typical cases of labor and personnel dispute jointly released by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the Supreme Court, she analyzed and exchanged views on the judicial handling of flexible employment and new employment forms of labor relations, and put forward suggestions for employment risk prevention and control.
Labor employment compliance is an important field of enterprise compliance management and the foundation of enterprise compliance management. This special lecture was well received by the participants and achieved good results.
