To enhance the legal awareness of medical staff, cultivate the spirit of the rule of law, and popularize laws and regulations, on August 29, Lin Lei, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, was invited to conduct training on health laws and regulations for new employees of Qinzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital.
Lawyer Lin Lei shared insights on how new employees should identify and handle medical disputes, and how to communicate with patients when facing such disputes. He also engaged in in-depth discussions with the trainees on how to ensure informed consent in hospital operations, and how to address risks such as patients leaving the hospital on their own, bringing their own medications into the hospital, or disrupting medical order.
This training further deepened the trainees' understanding of health laws and regulations, and played a positive role in preventing medical disputes and building a good and harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
