On August 24, 2023, the Liuzhou Fair Competition Review Inter-Ministerial Conference Office held a plenary (expanded) meeting and training session on the fair competition review, and our firm's lawyer Huang Junlin was invited to give a lecture at the training session.
In order to thoroughly implement the fair competition review system and further strengthen the fair competition review work in Liuzhou, the Liuzhou Fair Competition Review Inter-Ministerial Conference Office held a training session on fair competition review, conducting special training on the fair competition review system, review practices, and difficulties for the leaders in charge, liaison officers, and relevant persons in charge of the member units of the inter-ministerial conference in Liuzhou and its counties and districts (new districts). In order to improve the level and quality of the training session, the Liuzhou Fair Competition Review Inter-Ministerial Conference Office specially invited Guangxi anti-monopoly expert and our firm's lawyer Huang Junlin to conduct special training.
Lawyer Huang Junlin was invited to give a special training entitled "Implementation and Evaluation of Fair Competition Review." In the training, Lawyer Huang Junlin, based on the results of the 2022 region-wide third-party evaluation of fair competition review led by him, proposed a re-understanding of the significance and requirements of fair competition review, explained the circumstances of policy measures violating review standards through specific cases, sorted out and analyzed the difficulties and bottlenecks in the current fair competition review work, and reminded of preventing legal risks in fair competition review work. Lawyer Huang Junlin also introduced the excellent practices of various regions in implementing the fair competition review system summarized in his evaluation work in recent years, and put forward a series of suggestions on how to further promote the fair competition review work.
After the meeting, the participants said that this training made everyone have a deeper understanding of the requirements and significance of the fair competition review work, a clearer understanding of how to carry out the fair competition review work, and a more intuitive way of how to do a good job in the fair competition review evaluation.
