The series of public legal lectures on "Several Major Legal and Practical Issues for Construction Enterprises" has successfully concluded its tour in the region.

The "Seminar on Several Major Legal Practical Issues for Construction Enterprises," sponsored by the Guangxi Construction Industry Federation and undertaken by the construction industry federations (associations) of 14 prefecture-level cities in the region, with the Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm dispatching a team of lecturers to undertake the teaching task, has recently concluded successfully. Over the course of a month, the Tongwang lecturer team, led by Chang Lina, director of the Training Department of the Guangxi Construction Industry Federation, traveled through 14 cities including Nanning, Yulin, Liuzhou, and Beihai, conducting a total of 1680 lectures for construction enterprise leaders and related functional senior and middle management personnel, at a rate of one session per city per day.

Vice President Ru Haihua stated in his speech at the opening ceremony that this regional tour of public welfare legal lectures was held against the background of the current increase in litigation cases of construction enterprises, the difficulty in enforcing the winning of project payment cases, and the difficulty in applying to the court for lifting preservation after being sued by subcontractors and suppliers, which have seriously affected the production and operation of enterprises. The enterprises have reacted strongly, and the Autonomous Region Housing and Construction Department requires the association to attach great importance to it. It has received strong support from the legal counsel of the Autonomous Region Housing and Construction Department, the legal counsel of the Guangxi Construction Industry Federation, Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm. He hopes that everyone will study seriously, conduct in-depth exchanges and discussions, and apply what they have learned.
The Tongwang lecturer team consists of Huang Qiangguang, Vice President of the Legal Service Working Committee of the China Construction Industry Association, Legal Counsel of the Autonomous Region Housing and Construction Department, Legal Counsel of the Guangxi Construction Industry Federation, Professor of the Law School of Guangxi University, and Director of Tongwang Law Firm; Huang Jianjun, Master's Supervisor of the Law School of Guangxi Normal University, Member of the Criminal Defense Professional Committee of the Guangxi Lawyers Association, Vice President of the Wuzhou Lawyers Association, and Deputy Director of Tongwang Law Firm; Liu Shaowei, Vice President of the Guangxi Civil Law Research Association, ENR/Construction Times "Top 60 Most Recommended Chinese Engineering Legal Service Professional Lawyers", and Director of the Construction Engineering Legal Affairs Department of Tongwang Law Firm.
The lecture content of Huang Qiangguang, Liu Shaowei, and Huang Jianjun mainly includes new challenges and countermeasures faced by construction enterprises in collecting project payments; basic methods, procedures, and precautions for debt repayment with real estate (project payments); how to deal with judicial appraisals of projects (cost, quality, construction period) in civil litigation; response strategies for construction enterprises being sued for preservation and seizure; precautions and risk prevention points for participating in the formation of construction consortia; how to strengthen effective management and restraint of actual builders, how to deal with related lawsuits caused by actual builders; and how senior executives of construction enterprises can avoid criminal legal risks, among other seven topics.
In order to better complete this public welfare teaching task, Tongwang Law Firm made careful arrangements and preparations, organizing the lecturer team to specially compile lecture notes two months in advance, and compiling them into a book with relevant commonly used laws and regulations, which were distributed to the participants free of charge.
