On the morning of August 4, 2023, Chen Zhen, Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited by Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Drug Rehabilitation Administration, a consultant unit, to conduct a special lecture on legal education and warning education on "Party Building Leading, Rule of Law Escorting, and Clean Police Building" for the entire judicial administration drug rehabilitation system. Li Guojun, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar, and First-level Investigator of the Drug Rehabilitation Administration of the Autonomous Region, presided over the lecture. All police officers and employees of the Guangxi judicial administration drug rehabilitation system participated in the lecture through offline + online methods.
This lecture is the second in a series of legal education and warning lectures given by Chen Zhen at the invitation of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Drug Rehabilitation Administration. With the theme of "Safe Use of Cards", Lawyer Chen Zhen took several cases she handled as examples to vividly explain the legal risks of overdue repayment, malicious overdraft of credit cards, and renting and lending credit cards in daily life through case studies. She educated and guided police officers and employees to enhance their awareness of legal risk prevention, master card usage rules, plan card usage rationally, consume rationally, establish good personal credit, and never take chances to touch the red line of the law.
Li Guojun, member of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar, and First-level Investigator of the Drug Rehabilitation Administration of the Autonomous Region, emphasized in his summary that the entire judicial administration drug rehabilitation system should improve its political stance, deepen its understanding, and continuously strengthen the legal awareness and consciousness of "Safe Use of Cards, Starting from Me".
