Implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental guideline and action plan for advancing the comprehensive rule of law in the new era. On the morning of July 28, Huang Jianjun, the Party Branch Secretary and Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture on Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law for the Wuzhou Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau. Cadres and employees from various departments of the Administrative Approval Bureau, the Administrative Approval Service Center, and the Public Resource Trading Center participated in the training course.
Lawyer Huang Jianjun adhered to Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, fully implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, and used easy-to-understand language, rich and vivid videos, and cases to conduct an in-depth and simple interpretation of the great significance and core essence of 'Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law', clarifying the political direction pointed out by Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, establishing the people-centered concept of the rule of law, and the key tasks proposed. He elaborated on six aspects: 'Strengthening the implementation and supervision of the Constitution and safeguarding the authority of the Constitution', 'Promoting scientific legislation and improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics', 'Strictly administering according to law and accelerating the construction of a government under the rule of law', 'Adhering to fair justice and safeguarding fairness and justice', 'Enhancing the legal awareness of all people', and 'Building a high-quality legal team', enabling the trainees to have a comprehensive, systematic, accurate, scientific, pragmatic, and rigorous understanding of the spiritual essence and core meaning of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law.
The trainees stated that they should deepen their understanding of ideology, enhance their political stance, strengthen their political responsibility, and effectively enhance their ideological consciousness, theoretical consciousness, and action consciousness in studying, publicizing, and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law. They should learn to use the concept, principles, and logic of the rule of law to understand, analyze, and solve problems, accurately grasp the political principles and strategic deployment of promoting the comprehensive rule of law, perform their duties and responsibilities, innovate and take action, and promote the work of examination and approval services to a new level.
