On June 28th, Chen Yi, partner and deputy director of the Qinzhou office of Tongwang Law Firm, was invited to participate in the 2023 Qinzhou City "Better Life, Accompanied by the Civil Code" theme promotion lecture organized by the Qinzhou City Water Resources Bureau. More than 40 leaders, cadres, and employee representatives from the Qinzhou City Water Resources Bureau attended the training.
With the theme of "How the Civil Code Affects and Regulates Everyone's Life", Chen Yi provided an in-depth and simple analysis of the hot issues of social concern in the Civil Code, such as public order and good customs, marriage and family, inheritance, private lending, and property services, combined with her rich judicial practice experience, and actively guided cadres and employees to study, abide by, and use the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests through legal means.
The entire lecture was rich in content, highly practical, and was well received by the participants. Through this promotion, the majority of cadres and employees deeply realized that the Civil Code provides a solid legal guarantee for meeting people's needs for a better life, and expressed that in future study and work, they should strive to be role models in studying, abiding by, and safeguarding the Civil Code.
