This year marks the third anniversary of the implementation of the Civil Code, and this month is also the third "Civil Code Publicity Month." On the afternoon of June 27, Lawyer Zeng Wenbin from Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm accepted the invitation of the Qinzhou Disabled Persons' Federation to lead cadres and employees from the Qinzhou Disabled Persons' Federation, Qinnan District Disabled Persons' Federation, and Qinbei District Disabled Persons' Federation to study the Civil Code and related content knowledge on the rights and interests protection of disabled people and disabled people's workers.
This year's "Civil Code Publicity Month" event is themed "A Better Life Accompanied by the Civil Code." Lawyer Zeng Wenbin, combined with the theme of this event, gave an in-depth and simple explanation on how to use the Civil Code to protect their own civil rights by focusing on the theme of "Civil Code and Life" and using vivid cases that have received high social attention and are frequently encountered and highly concerned by the people in social interactions and work life, such as the Shanghai elevated bridge incident and the Changsha parking space occupation incident.
