It turned out that they were from Liuzhou Zelin Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. to thank Lawyer Zhou Xinghai and present him with a silk banner. The banner, printed with "Establishing a Lawyer's Demeanor Protecting Legal Justice," expressed their deep gratitude and full affirmation of Lawyer Zhou Xinghai's agency work.
This was a construction project construction contract dispute case this year. Liuzhou Zelin Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. had already paid the project funds to the subcontracting unit, but the subcontracting unit did not pay all the project funds to the construction workers. The court of first instance ruled that Liuzhou Zelin Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. should bear the responsibility for payment to the construction workers within the scope of the outstanding project funds. After Lawyer Zhou Xinghai represented the case, he carefully analyzed the case, looked for legal basis, and sorted out the agency plan. After unremitting efforts, the second instance court finally adopted Lawyer Zhou Xinghai's agency opinions and won the second instance.
