On June 26, Chen Yi, Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, Vice President of Qinzhou Lawyers Association, Director of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of Qinzhou Lawyers Association, and member of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of Guangxi Lawyers Association, attended the special seminar on "Hot and Difficult Issues in Construction Engineering and Real Estate" of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Professional Committee of Guangxi Lawyers Association and made a special speech. At the meeting, Chen Yi shared and discussed "Legal Practice of Lawsuits over Disputes in Fine Decoration Housing Sales Contracts", focusing on various aspects such as the types and validity of fine decoration housing contracts, the determination of standard clauses, the handling of inconsistencies between decoration standards and model rooms, and the handling of differences between fine decoration prices and filing prices. She analyzed relevant specific cases, clarified the mainstream adjudication opinions, and elaborated on the issues with greater controversy in judicial practice.
