On May 19th, the 5th Plenary (Enlarged) Meeting of the Guangxi Fair Competition Review Special Work and the Special Study Conference on the Fair Competition Review System were held in Nanning. Lawyer Huang Junlin from our firm was invited to give a lecture to the participants.
In order to fully implement the fair competition review system, further promote the fair competition review work in Guangxi, and help build a unified national market, the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on Anti-Monopoly and Fair Competition Work in Guangxi held the 5th Plenary (Enlarged) Meeting of the Guangxi Fair Competition Review Special Work and the Special Study Conference on the Fair Competition Review System. The conference conducted special training on fair competition review and anti-monopoly work for the personnel in charge of review work of relevant member units of the fair competition review work joint conference in various cities of the region, the personnel in charge of or responsible for review work of the joint conference offices (market supervision bureaus) of counties (cities, districts), and relevant personnel of the anti-monopoly competition division. In order to improve the quality of the training conference, the Inter-Ministerial Joint Conference on Anti-Monopoly and Fair Competition Work in Guangxi invited experts from inside and outside the system, such as the Shanghai Market Supervision Bureau and the Autonomous Region Market Supervision Bureau, to give special lectures. Lawyer Huang Junlin, as an anti-monopoly expert in Guangxi, was invited to give a lecture entitled "Introduction and Implementation of Third-Party Evaluation of Fair Competition Review".
Lawyer Huang Junlin started by explaining the "Implementation Guidelines for Third-Party Evaluation of Fair Competition Review" recently promulgated by the State Administration for Market Regulation, analyzed the basis, scope, and process for introducing third-party evaluation of fair competition review, and combined with his service experience in leading the lawyer team to carry out third-party evaluation of fair competition review in recent years, he introduced in detail the implementation process, evaluation content, evaluation methods, and evaluation results of the third-party evaluation.
After the meeting, the participants said that Lawyer Huang Junlin's lecture was informative, well-interpreted, and thoroughly analyzed, which gave everyone a deeper and more concrete understanding of the third-party evaluation of fair competition review, and expressed the hope to introduce third-party evaluation in future work to further improve the quality and effect of fair competition review in their units.
