Implementing and putting into practice Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental guideline and action plan for advancing the comprehensive rule of law in the new era. On the morning of May 12, Huang Jianjun, the Party Branch Secretary and Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited by the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the Changzhou District Committee of Wuzhou to conduct a special lecture on Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law for leading cadres in Changzhou District, Wuzhou. Members of the Changzhou District political and legal departments, cadres above the middle level, leaders in charge of member units of the Ping An Changzhou Construction Leading Group, and all cadres of the District Political and Legal Affairs Commission participated in this training class.
Lawyer Huang Jianjun adhered to Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, fully implemented the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, and used humorous language, rich and vivid videos, and cases to conduct in-depth and simple interpretations of the great significance and core essence of 'Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law,' clarifying the political direction pointed out by Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, establishing the concept of the rule of law centered on the people, and the key tasks proposed. He elaborated on six aspects: 'Strengthening the implementation and supervision of the Constitution to safeguard its authority,' 'Promoting scientific legislation and improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics,' 'Strictly administering according to law and accelerating the construction of a government under the rule of law,' 'Adhering to fair justice to safeguard fairness and justice,' 'Enhancing the legal awareness of all citizens,' and 'Building a high-quality legal team,' enabling trainees to have a comprehensive, systematic, accurate, scientific, pragmatic, and rigorous understanding of the spiritual essence and core meaning of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law.
The trainees stated that Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law is the golden key to realizing the deepening of thought and the improvement of self-ability. They should take Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, deeply study and implement Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, understand the spirit of the rule of law in the new era, and effectively use the positions, viewpoints, and methods contained therein to guide practice, solve problems, promote learning and work, and strive to become outstanding legal talents in the new era, so as to better serve the construction of the rule of law in China and comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
