Tongwang Engineering Law Training Class 2023, First Lesson: "Basic Knowledge Training of Engineering Cost" Held in Nanning

On the morning of February 12, 2023, the "Tongwang Engineering Law Training Class" organized by the Tongwang Construction Engineering Legal Affairs Department opened in the Nanning office. The training theme of the first class was "Basic Knowledge of Project Cost", and registered cost engineer and senior engineer Nong Zhuoyuan was invited to give lectures. Full-time lawyers from the Tongwang Engineering Legal Affairs Department, other lawyers in the firm, and intern lawyers participated in this course training as students.
The course takes the form of students sharing their learning progress combined with teacher's lectures. The course began with lawyers Huang Weilun and Nong Xingzhun, and intern lawyer Luo Zhi sharing their learning of basic knowledge of project cost, and then the lecturer Nong Zhuoyuan conducted professional training on basic knowledge of project cost such as the composition of project cost and project pricing methods.
During the exchange session, the students and the lecturer discussed the problems encountered in the practice of project cost, and the exchange was enthusiastic.
Project cost is one of the important contents involved in construction project contract dispute cases. Lawyers should not only master professional legal knowledge, but also understand and learn professional knowledge in business-related fields in order to provide higher quality legal services.
