On the morning of February 17, 2023, Chen Zhen, Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited by the consultant unit, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Drug Rehabilitation Administration, to conduct a special lecture on popularizing the law and warning education on "drunk driving" for the entire judicial administration drug rehabilitation system. Combining her own case-handling experience, lawyer Chen Zhen explained the law by citing cases, clarifying the reasons, and explaining from multiple perspectives what is drunk driving, whether drunk driving of two-wheeled electric vehicles will be punished, and how to deal with finding someone to "take the blame" after being drunk. She vividly analyzed the dangers of drunk driving, educating and guiding police officers and workers to always keep the string of legal discipline tight, and firmly establish a sense of safety awareness and action of "don't drink and drive, don't drive after drinking."
