In order to further deepen the "four modernizations" construction of Tongwang, enhance the awareness of new practicing lawyers' standardized practice, and stimulate the striving power of young lawyers, the Youth Committee of the firm organized a symposium for new practicing lawyers on the afternoon of February 10, 2023, and conducted a symposium for four lawyers or intern lawyers, namely Liu Liyi, Wu Xinjie, Tan Junwen, and Chen Chao. Chen Zhen, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the firm, Huang Weilun, Director of the Youth Committee, Xu Xiaoye, Xiong Wei, Deputy Directors, Huang Guanran, Li Meihong, Deputy Secretaries-General, and some intern lawyers from the Nanning Office of the firm attended the symposium. The meeting was presided over by Huang Weilun, Director of the Youth Committee.

At the beginning of the meeting, Huang Weilun, Director of the Youth Committee, first introduced the purpose and significance of the symposium. Huang Weilun said that this symposium is the first face-to-face exchange and sharing meeting with new practicing lawyers held by Tongwang this year. By means of symposium, we can understand the working status of young lawyers, and then examine their level and ability in all aspects, including business, so that the law firm can conduct targeted training for new practicing lawyers.

In the symposium session, the symposium participants first made speeches one by one, and then the representatives of the Management Committee and the Youth Committee conducted symposiums with the symposium participants. The symposium content focused on professional ethics, practice norms, practice discipline, future practice planning and the choice of professional departments, participation in social public affairs or law firm public affairs, and opinions and suggestions on the "four modernizations" construction of the law firm and the law firm's training of young lawyers and intern lawyers. The symposium participants said that young people are in a prosperous era, and it is the right time to struggle.
