On the morning of September 24, 2022, Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, as the perennial legal counsel of Nanning Investment Group, was invited to participate in the unveiling ceremony of the Staff Home of Nanning Investment Innovation Industrial Park. Wang Ximan, senior partner of Tongwang Law Firm, Cheng Meng, professional lawyer of the Corporate Legal Affairs Department, and Xu Chenwei, intern lawyer, were invited to the site to witness the unveiling ceremony. At the same time, the Tongwang Law Firm Trade Union legal service team officially settled in the Staff Home of Nanning Investment Innovation Industrial Park to provide legal services for enterprises and employees in the park.

Shi Jianzhong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Director, and Chairman of the Trade Union of Nanning Investment Group, stated that Tongwang Law Firm, as the perennial legal counsel of the Investment Group, has always been recognized by the Group for its working ability and attitude. Setting up a lawyer service station in the Staff Home to provide legal consultation and other services for employees is an important task of the Nanning Investment Group Trade Union. It is hoped that Tongwang Law Firm will continue to support the smooth development of this work.

To this end, Tongwang Law Firm will send 10 professional lawyers to be on duty regularly at the trade union legal service lawyer station and the labor dispute mediation center to assist the park trade union to provide legal consultation services for the trade unions and employees (including migrant workers) of the units in the park; assist the park trade union to carry out legal publicity and education work and "rule of law physical examination" work; guide and help the park enterprises and institutions to employ people in accordance with laws and regulations, prevent labor disputes; participate in receiving and handling employee complaints, participate in labor dispute mediation; accept the commission to provide legal assistance and other services for employees whose legitimate rights and interests are infringed.
Providing legal consultation for consultant units and employees is one of the important contents of our trade union legal service team's service to consultant units, and its purpose is to help consultant units' employment management. The Tongwang Law Firm Trade Union legal service team's entry into the Staff Home of the Investment Innovation Industrial Park to provide legal services for enterprises and employees in the park not only fits the original intention of the Nanning Investment Group Trade Union to establish a legal service station in the Staff Home, but also facilitates the smooth and orderly internal management and healthy development of the enterprises in the park.
