Implementing and practicing Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law is the fundamental guideline and action plan for advancing the comprehensive rule of law in the new era. On September 26, 2022, Huang Jianjun, the Party Branch Secretary and Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture on Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law for tax officials of the Longxu District Taxation Bureau of Wuzhou City.
Lawyer Huang Jianjun adheres to Xi Jinping's Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era as guidance, comprehensively implements the spirit of the 19th National Congress of the Party and all previous Plenary Sessions of the 19th Central Committee, and uses humorous language, rich and vivid videos, and cases to conduct an in-depth and simple interpretation of the great significance and core essence of 'Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law', clarifying the political direction pointed out by Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, establishing the people-centered concept of the rule of law, and the key tasks proposed. He elaborated on six aspects: 'Strengthening the implementation and supervision of the Constitution and safeguarding the authority of the Constitution', 'Promoting scientific legislation and improving the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics', 'Strictly administering according to law and accelerating the construction of a government under the rule of law', 'Adhering to fair justice and safeguarding fairness and justice', 'Enhancing the legal awareness of all people', and 'Building a high-quality legal team', enabling tax officials to have a comprehensive, systematic, accurate, scientific, pragmatic, and rigorous understanding of the spiritual essence and core meaning of Xi Jinping's Thought on the Rule of Law, effectively improving the political stance of tax officials, further consolidating the legal concept of tax officials, and solidly enhancing the legal thought of tax officials to exercise power strictly in accordance with statutory authority and procedures.
Tax officials have expressed that through this lecture, they have gained a deeper understanding of General Secretary Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law. Using the rule of law thinking to carry out tax work is not only an important manifestation of implementing Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, but also a vivid portrayal of implementing the 'people-centered' concept.
