On September 24, 2022, the final of the Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm's theme speech contest on innovative activities for standardized construction of "strengthening management and promoting development" came to a successful conclusion.
Competition scene

After fierce preliminary rounds, a total of 12 employees from Nanning, Liuzhou, Qinzhou, and Wuzhou offices entered the final.
Judges
The judges for this competition were Huang Qiangguang, Director of Tongwang Law Firm, Wang Qianfeng, Executive Director, Chen Shanrong, Huang Yonghui, Huang Jianjun, Chen Zhen, Deputy Directors, and Huang Weilun, Director of the Youth Committee. All employees of the firm watched the competition simultaneously through a combination of online and offline methods.

Chen Huanhuan, an intern lawyer from Nanning Office, with "Drawing on the Management Experience of Government Agencies to Promote the Standardized Development of Law Firms" As the topic, she said: Lawyers have a statutory obligation to safeguard the public interest and must be a team that emphasizes politics, abides by discipline, values morality, and strengthens work style. Therefore, the standardized construction of law firms can draw on the experience of government agencies in the management of "people", "finance", and "matters".
Lin Lei, a lawyer from Qinzhou Office, with "Once in a Lifetime, Cooperation and Win-Win" As the topic, he said: There are many law firms and even more lawyers. It is not easy to meet each other, and the establishment of trust between people requires accumulation.
