On September 7, 2021, Zuo Renken, Director of the Administrative Management Supervision Committee of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, and Lu Yuzhong, Deputy Director of the Administrative Management Committee, were invited to provide special agricultural legal training for the "2021 Rural Practical Talents Leading Rural Development and Governance Demonstration Class (Phase I)" organized by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. The training class was held at the Lutang Community Training Base in Yulin City, with 105 village Party organization secretaries, village committee directors, and members of the village "two committees" from Nanning, Guilin, Hezhou and other places participating in the training.

Lawyer Zuo Renken elaborated and explained on the legal issues of agricultural land that the majority of students are keenly concerned about, from land use, land ownership and use rights and their dispute resolution, land transfer, land contract management rights and their dispute resolution, and the protection of land contract management rights for married women.

Lawyer Lu Yuzhong focused on the theme of "Legal Points of Agricultural Enterprise Investment and Operation", focusing on the selection of agricultural investment entities related to agricultural economic investment, key points of shareholder agreement signing, key points of partnership agreement signing, articles of association precautions, the difference between shareholder agreements and company articles of association, and the choice of employment relationships, and provided students with detailed legal knowledge, and provided professional legal advice based on the problems encountered by students in carrying out rural revitalization and improving the level of local economy, such as opening agricultural enterprises, establishing professional cooperatives, and collecting payment for goods.

After the course, lawyers Zuo Renken and Lu Yuzhong also provided on-site consulting services for the students, enthusiastically answering questions about agricultural issues such as land contracting and leasing, and guiding rural cadres to solve legal problems encountered in the process of working at the grassroots level in rural areas in accordance with the law.

This training has further strengthened the trainees' awareness of the rule of law, improved their legal literacy and the level of administration according to law. Everyone said that they will earnestly shoulder the responsibilities and missions entrusted to them by law, use the thinking and methods of the rule of law to do all their work well, and promote rural revitalization to be carried out in an orderly manner and steadily on the track of the rule of law.
