In order to vigorously promote the spirit of the rule of law, enhance the legal awareness of teachers, and build a safe and harmonious paradise, Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm continues to carry out the activity of "Bringing the Law into the Campus and the Rule of Law Escorting Common Growth". On the afternoon of July 6, Mo Chuying, a lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, was invited to Wuzhou No. 61 Kindergarten to conduct a special lecture on the newly revised version of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on the Protection of Minors" (hereinafter referred to as the "Law on the Protection of Minors") for all teachers.
In the lecture, Mo Chuying explained the newly revised 2021 edition of the "Law on the Protection of Minors" to all teachers in three parts. First, Mo Chuying introduced the seven highlights of the newly revised 2021 edition of the "Law on the Protection of Minors". Then, she gave a detailed interpretation of the legal provisions concerning kindergartens and schools in the newly revised 2021 edition of the "Law on the Protection of Minors". The focus of the lecture was on hot issues concerning minors, and the important content of the "Law on the Protection of Minors" was comprehensively and vividly elaborated by explaining the law through cases. Finally, Lawyer Mo emphasized the importance of teachers abiding by and learning the law and the responsibilities they need to bear for violating the law, and suggested that teachers call the help hotline 12345 in time when they find that the rights and interests of minors are being or are about to be infringed.
This special lecture on the rule of law education enabled all teachers of No. 61 Kindergarten to have a deeper understanding of the newly revised "Law on the Protection of Minors", greatly improved the teachers' awareness of the rule of law and safety awareness, and stimulated the thinking of all teachers.
