On July 8, 2021, Lawyer Lu Yuzhong, a senior partner at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, provided legal training for the 4th Guangxi Rural Entrepreneur Talent Training Class (Rural Entrepreneur Improvement Class) in 2021. This training class was organized by Guangxi Vocational Normal College, with more than 100 participants from Guangxi rural entrepreneur talents (high-quality farmers), modern young farm owners, and agricultural managers in the region.
In this lecture, Lawyer Lu Yuzhong gave a lecture on the theme of "Legal Points of Agricultural Enterprise Investment and Operation." Combining his years of practical legal experience, Lawyer Lu Yuzhong skillfully used practical cases to focus on several aspects, including the selection of agricultural investment entities, the main points of signing shareholder agreements, the main points of signing partnership agreements, the precautions of the articles of association, the difference between shareholder agreements and company articles of association, the choice of employment relationships, and how to recover accounts receivable, and put forward professional legal opinions. The content of the lecture was simple and easy to understand, and the on-site interaction was enthusiastic, effectively guiding the students to fully understand the legal risks in the establishment of enterprises, the signing of shareholder agreements, labor employment, and the recovery of accounts receivable, and to establish a sense of legal compliance and risk prevention in the process of enterprise operation.
While giving lectures, in order to effectively solve the legal problems encountered by the students in their business operations, Wei Linsong (intern), a young lawyer from Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, also provided point-to-point and face-to-face answers to the students, providing them with practical and feasible opinions, so that the students fully realized the importance of learning and understanding the law and using the law to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests.
After the class, Lawyer Lu Yuzhong had a cordial exchange with the students and put forward professional legal suggestions for the problems and difficulties encountered by the students in the operation process. The students said that they have benefited a lot and hope that they can continue to carry out legal popularization and legal practice service activities through the legal service base in the future, learn more legal knowledge, so as to further improve their awareness and ability of producing and operating according to law, and better contribute to the revitalization of Guangxi's countryside. The leaders of Guangxi Vocational Normal College fully affirmed the lecture and hoped that the Guangxi High-quality Farmers Training (Guangxi Tongwang) Legal Service Base will send more outstanding lawyers to participate in the training and cultivation activities of Guangxi high-quality farmers in the future, so as to promote the construction of a rule-of-law countryside and help the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy in our region.
