On the morning of May 25, 2021, the "Qinzhou City 2021 Real Estate Intermediary Industry Legal Risk Prevention and Arbitration Business Training Conference" was hosted by the Qinzhou Real Estate Industry Association and the Qinzhou Arbitration Commission, and co-organized by the Qinzhou Lawyers Association. It was held in the conference room of the Qinzhou Real Estate Association. Chen Yi, deputy director of Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm and vice president of the Qinzhou Lawyers Association, was invited to give a lecture entitled "Identification and Response to Legal Risks in Real Estate Intermediary Services" to representatives of real estate intermediary companies in Qinzhou. More than 80 representatives of real estate intermediaries in the urban area attended the meeting.
Combining the actual situation and characteristics of real estate intermediary services, lawyer Chen Yi explained the provisions of the law, analyzed specific real cases in practice, including those she personally handled, and gave in-depth and vivid explanations. She shared in detail with the participants how real estate intermediaries can better perform reporting services, how to judge and avoid "skipping orders", whether it is legal for real estate intermediaries to earn price differences, and what issues should be paid attention to when acting as an agent for first-hand housing sales. Many issues closely related to the real estate intermediary business provided specific reminders and feasible suggestions for how real estate intermediaries can legally conduct business and how to better protect the legitimate and reasonable interests of services.
