On the morning of May 11, the signing ceremony for the special legal service for labor and personnel dispute mediation between Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Tongwang Firm") and Nanning Labor and Personnel Dispute Arbitration Court (hereinafter referred to as "Arbitration Court") was successfully held in the conference room of the Arbitration Court, and Tongwang Firm's labor and personnel dispute mediation work was officially launched.

 President He Bo, Vice President Jiang Sheng, Office Director He Zhiying, Trial Division 5 Director Deng Yan of the Arbitration Court, Huang Qingran, Chief of the Labor Relations and Supervision Arbitration Section of Nanning Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, and Yuan Xiaoling, Chief Staff Member, attended the signing ceremony. Senior Partner Wang Ximan, Partner Liao Jun, and team member Wei Linsong of Tongwang Firm represented Tongwang Firm at the signing ceremony. President He Bo of the Arbitration Court and Lawyer Wang Ximan signed the "Special Service Agreement" on behalf of their respective organizations.

 After the signing ceremony, the two parties had a pleasant discussion to deepen their understanding and awareness of the cooperative development of labor dispute mediation business.

 President He Bo of the Arbitration Court delivered a speech, highly praising Tongwang Firm for actively undertaking social responsibility. Tongwang Firm is a large law firm with strong comprehensive strength in Guangxi, and it has rich experience in providing mediation assistance services to the Arbitration Court before. With the continuous development of the social economy, the number of labor dispute cases in Nanning has been increasing year by year, and placing mediation in advance is undoubtedly one of the good ways to resolve labor disputes. Therefore, there is an urgent need for legal service institutions like Tongwang Firm to give play to their own professional advantages and assist the Arbitration Court in doing a good job in mediation. 

 Chief Huang Qingran introduced the severe situation faced by Nanning in handling labor disputes. In 2020, the Nanning Arbitration Court handled more than 8,000 cases, and in the first quarter of this year, more than 4,200 cases have been received, accounting for more than 40% of the labor dispute cases in the region. At present, the court hearing time for labor dispute cases has been scheduled to October. The state and government attach great importance to the protection of workers' rights and interests, and the handling of labor disputes is also highly concerned by the whole society. The government encourages both parties to resolve labor disputes through negotiation and mediation as much as possible, resolve conflicts at the grassroots level, and effectively protect the rights and interests of workers.  Wen Xiaoming, the liaison officer of the Arbitration Court, briefly introduced the basic procedures for lawyers to participate in labor dispute cases, including case assignment, information entry, mediation document issuance and service. After the meeting, the Arbitration Court assigned labor dispute cases to Tongwang Firm, and Tongwang Firm will complete the mediation service work in accordance with the agreement in the "Service Agreement".
