On the morning of April 6, 2021, the first creditors' meeting of the Nanning Wutang Tap Water Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Wutang Tap Water Company) bankruptcy liquidation case, managed by Tongwang, was successfully held in Nanning Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as Nanning Intermediate Court).
The meeting was presided over by Nanning Intermediate Court. At the meeting, the administrator reported on the recent phased work results and answered questions of concern to creditors. The creditors verified the relevant claims, deliberated and approved the "Rules of Procedure for the Creditors' Meeting" and the "Property Management Plan." The meeting decided to establish a creditors' committee and elected members of the creditors' committee.

Wutang Tap Water Company was established on June 10, 1998, with a registered capital of 30 million yuan. It is a private enterprise mainly engaged in tap water supply and related equipment installation, maintenance, and sales. On December 6, 2019, Nanning Intermediate Court ruled to accept Chen Jun's application for bankruptcy liquidation of Wutang Tap Water Company on the grounds that it could not pay off its due debts and was clearly insolvent. Tongwang was designated as the administrator on December 21, 2020.

Since March 4, 2021, the administrator has officially taken over Wutang Tap Water Company and its business affairs, and has carried out a comprehensive asset inventory of the company.

As of April 6, 2021, the administrator has received 67 claims from 67 creditors, all of which are ordinary claims. At present, the total amount of claims declared has reached 211,457,831.72 yuan, and the amount of claims initially verified is 84,378,172.87 yuan, of which 29,745,634.75 yuan are undetermined claims.

In the next step, the administrator will continue to diligently perform its statutory duties under the guidance and supervision of Nanning Intermediate Court and promote the implementation of the resolutions of this meeting.
