On the morning of May 14, 2021, the first creditors' meeting of the Yulin Luye Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Luye Company) bankruptcy liquidation case, managed by Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as Tongwang Law Firm), was successfully held in Yulin Intermediate People's Court (hereinafter referred to as Yulin Intermediate Court).

This creditors' meeting was convened by Yulin Intermediate Court. At the meeting, the administrator gave a periodic work report on the recent case handling situation and answered questions from creditors. The creditors verified the relevant claims, deliberated and approved the "Rules of Procedure for the Creditors' Meeting" and the "Property Management and Valuation Plan" and other proposals.

Luye Company was established on August 24, 2007, with a registered capital of 45.3 million yuan. It is a private enterprise that legally engages in poultry and livestock breeding and sales, crop planting, and Muscovy duck parent-generation breeding ducks, seedlings, and hatching and sales of seed eggs. It was once included in the list of national key leading enterprises in agricultural industrialization and is now in a state of shutdown.

On January 4, 2021, according to the application of the creditor, Yulin Intermediate Court ruled to accept the bankruptcy liquidation case of Luye Company on the grounds that Luye Company could not pay off its due debts and its assets were insufficient to pay off all debts, and designated Tongwang Law Firm as the administrator of Luye Company on March 22, 2021. After accepting the designation, Tongwang Law Firm immediately formed an administrator team composed of experienced professional lawyers to perform its duties, legally took over the official seal, business special seal, financial special seal and some financial materials of Luye Company, and carried out the declaration and review of claims and property investigation in full swing.

As of May 14, 2021, the administrator has received 26 claims declared by 25 creditors. Among them, there are 22 ordinary claims, 1 secured claim, 1 social security claim, 1 medical insurance claim, and 1 tax claim. At present, the total amount of declared claims has reached 186,826,152.60 yuan, and the total amount of registered employee claims is 8,279,778.51 yuan. The administrator has submitted the amount of claims that have been preliminarily reviewed to this creditors' meeting for verification in accordance with the law.

Next, the administrator will continue to accept the guidance and supervision of Yulin Intermediate Court, perform its statutory duties, and implement the resolutions of this meeting.
