On the afternoon of September 22, Liang Yungang, a lawyer from the Marriage and Family Law Service Center of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited by the Guangxi Women's Federation to conduct a special lecture on "Harmonious Family Peace Trip" in Hengxian County, lecturing on the relevant legal knowledge of the inheritance chapter of the "Civil Code" for village-level women's federation cadres in Hengxian County. A total of more than 150 village-level women's federation cadres in Hengxian County gathered in the Hengxian County Party School Auditorium to listen to the lecture.
Based on the revised content of the inheritance chapter of the "Civil Code", and combined with how to establish good family traditions and family instructions, Lawyer Liang Yungang mainly lectured on the adjustment of the scope of the estate through cases, the addition of reasons for the loss of inheritance rights of heirs, the addition of the leniency system, the expansion of the scope of legal heirs, the addition of printed wills and video wills, the cancellation of the priority of notarized wills, and the addition of the estate administrator system and other highlights of the revision of the inheritance chapter of the "Civil Code".
