Tongwang, as a member of the legal service team, is stationed in the Yuegui Cooperation Special Experimental Zone. This is the Yuegui Cooperation Special Experimental Zone (Wuzhou) legal service team established by the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Department of Justice, Guangxi Bar Association, Wuzhou Justice Bureau, and Wuzhou Bar Association. It is Guangxi's first legal service team established to serve the inter-provincial river basin cooperation special zone.
