On the afternoon of December 22, 2023, Liao Jun, a partner at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture on the rule of law regarding the Constitution and the Civil Code (Marriage and Family Section) for the Nanning Municipal Bureau of Statistics. Heads and staff from various departments of the Nanning Municipal Bureau of Statistics attended the lecture.
