On the afternoon of December 27, 2023, Zhong Chuanghong, a partner at Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, was invited to give a special legal lecture to the Qinzhou Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau, a consulting unit, entitled "Establishing the Rule of Law Thinking and Enhancing the Ability to Administer According to Law." Some leaders of the Qinzhou Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau, heads of various departments, and chief representatives of the units stationed in the Municipal Government Affairs Service Center attended the lecture.
In the lecture, Lawyer Zhong Chuanghong deeply interpreted the basic connotation of the rule of law thinking from three aspects: the proposal and connotation of the rule of law thinking, the requirements of the rule of law thinking, and the cultivation of leading cadres' ability to use the rule of law thinking, through real administrative dispute cases, profoundly analyzed the specific requirements of the rule of law thinking, and put forward realistic ways to improve the ability of the rule of law thinking, aiming to improve the ability of leading cadres to think in terms of the rule of law and administer according to law.
