At the training session, the company's contract legal department, marketing department, and various project departments summarized and asked questions about the legal issues encountered in various links of engineering project performance. Lawyers Nong Xingzhun and Liu Shaowei answered the questions on the spot one by one, and combined vivid court cases to conduct in-depth explanations on key issues such as visa management, project payment settlement, claims and litigation-related entities, and priority compensation rights.
