In order to fully implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and further study and promote Xi Jinping's thought on the rule of law, on the morning of December 13, 2023, Chen Zhen, the deputy director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited to the United Front Work Department of the Nanning Municipal Party Committee to conduct a special training on legal knowledge.
Lawyer Chen Zhen focused on the theme of "Identification and Prevention of Legal Risks for Staff in Government Departments." Combining her own case-handling experience, she adopted the method of interpreting the law through cases, and vividly described how to identify six common types of legal risks in work and life through video + picture format. She guided cadres and employees to enhance their awareness of legal risk prevention, exercise their powers and perform their duties in accordance with laws and regulations, consciously abide by laws and disciplines, and work with integrity. Always keep in mind that the red line of the law cannot be crossed and the bottom line of the law cannot be touched.
