Recently, the Standing Committee of the Qinzhou Municipal People's Congress commissioned our firm to conduct a feasibility study on legislation for the key legislative proposal projects in 2024, including the protection of the Qinzhou Ancient City Ruins, the protection, inheritance, and industrial promotion of Qinzhou Nixing Pottery culture. During this period, Lawyer Wu Dongxue from the Qinzhou Office participated in the research and argumentation of the "Qinzhou Ancient City Ruins Protection" project as a member of the research team.

At the project exchange meeting held by the research team on December 4, Lawyer Wu Dongxue, combining the information and materials collected during the research process, gave a detailed report on the current situation and existing problems of the ancient city ruins, the impact of the Pinglu Canal construction on the protection of the ruins, the existing laws and regulations and their implementation, and the feasibility and necessity of legislation, and put forward legislative suggestions based on the research results.
Subsequently, Lawyer Wu Dongxue and other project participants will issue a legislative argumentation report in conjunction with the spirit of the meeting, providing a useful reference for the preparation of the 2024 Qinzhou Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee's legislative work plan.
