Recently, Nong Xuan, Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch and Executive Director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was selected by the Political and Legal Affairs Commission of the CPC Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as a member of the "Second Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Judges Disciplinary Committee" and "Second Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Prosecutors Disciplinary Committee", with a term of office from November 2023 to November 2026.
The function of the Judges and Prosecutors Disciplinary Committee is to protect the rights of judges and prosecutors to defend, present evidence, apply for reconsideration, and appeal, strictly review the acts of judges and prosecutors that violate the Constitution, laws, and judicial ethics in accordance with the law, put forward disciplinary opinions, and perform their duties in strict accordance with procedures. Its members are selected from representatives of the People's Congress, members of the CPPCC, legal experts, judges, prosecutors, lawyers and other professionals with high political quality, strong professional ability and good professional ethics.

Nong Xuan, male, member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a major in Economic Law, and has a postgraduate degree. He is currently the Deputy Secretary of the Party General Branch, Executive Director, and Senior Partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, Deputy Director of the Administrative Law Committee of the All China Lawyers Association, Vice President and Standing Director of the Guangxi Lawyers Association, Vice President of the Guangxi Constitution Research Association, Arbitrator of the Xiamen and Beihai Arbitration Committees, and Master's Tutor of Guangxi Normal University. He is an outstanding lawyer in Guangxi and an outstanding Communist Party member in the Guangxi lawyer industry.
