In order to earnestly implement the spirit of the "Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Promoting the Development and Growth of the Private Economy" and to further promote the integrated construction of law-based, honest, and clean private enterprises, on the afternoon of October 26, 2023, the Jiangnan District Federation of Industry and Commerce held the Nanning Jiangnan District Private Enterprise Clean and Compliant Construction Lecture and Entrepreneur Legal Study Activity at Guangxi Quanhang Investment Co., Ltd. Chen Zhen, Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, was invited to give a special lecture on "Identification and Prevention of Personal Legal Risks for Enterprise Employees." More than 60 representatives from member enterprises of the Nanning Jiangnan District Federation of Industry and Commerce, party affairs workers in the non-public economic sector, and representatives of chambers (associations) attended the lecture.
Lawyer Chen Zhen adopted a case-based approach, combined with her own case-handling experience and clever use of video, to vividly explain to the entrepreneurs how to identify common legal risks in daily life and work, and guided the entrepreneurs to manage enterprises according to law and prevent legal risks. Lawyer Chen Zhen emphasized that in the current market economy, the state has made many efforts to protect the healthy development of private enterprises and create a good legal business environment in accordance with the law. At the same time, it should also be noted that the state has higher requirements for the legal awareness and legal risk "red line" awareness of private entrepreneurs.
