On September 25, 2023, Liao Jun and Yu Kun, partners of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, were invited to participate in the law enforcement case handling experience exchange activity of the Legal Officer Training Class of Baise Border Management Detachment. They gathered with legal officers and public lawyers from various grassroots stations and teams of the detachment to jointly discuss practical issues in border management law enforcement and case handling. Lawyer Liao Jun gave a special lecture on the theme of "Various Procedures of Criminal Procedure and Evidence Review and Recognition", and Lawyer Yu Kun gave a special lecture on the theme of "Management and Disposal Regulations and Risk Identification of Involved Property", combining their own case handling experience and problems encountered.

The lecture was conducted in the form of case interaction. Law enforcement backbones from grassroots units actively spoke, discussing their understanding of relevant norms and reflecting on the difficulties in handling practical problems. Through exchange and interaction, they clarified the understanding and application of different regulations, which played a good role in promoting the standardization of law enforcement procedures and preventing law enforcement risks. After the exchange, the two lawyers also had a discussion with the leaders of the detachment at home and the comrades of the Legal Affairs Office of the agency. Everyone said that this form of exchange is very necessary, and they hope that the lawyers will actively offer suggestions from the perspective of case handling ideas to promote the standardization of law enforcement in the detachment and ensure the quality of case handling.
