On September 20, 2023, the Party Leadership Group of the Qinzhou Forestry Bureau of the CPC conducted a theoretical study central group (expanded) legal system special lecture. Chen Yi, partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, deputy director of Tongwang Qinzhou Branch, and vice president of Qinzhou Lawyers Association, was invited to give a special speech entitled "How the Civil Code Affects and Regulates Everyone's Life from the Perspective of Constitutional Concepts and Norms." More than 40 people, including members of the Party Leadership Group and employees of the Municipal Forestry Bureau, participated in the study.
During the class, Chen Yi listed the relevant legal provisions of the Constitution and the Civil Code in an associated manner, and connected the constitutional concepts and norms with the relevant specific provisions of the Civil Code. Taking the principles and concepts of the Constitution as the guiding fundamental law as the starting point, she carefully studied the specific implementation of the Constitution by the Civil Code, and combined with judicial practice experience, she analyzed typical cases such as public order and good customs, marriage and family, real estate property disputes, small online loans, expropriation and requisition, etc., and vividly presented the seemingly distant laws vividly and truly in production, operation, and daily life.
