In order to raise the awareness of international trade legal risk prevention among enterprises in the Qinzhou Port Area, publicize international trade legal risk prevention measures for foreign trade enterprises, strengthen economic and trade exchanges with RCEP member countries, deepen RCEP trade and investment security and stability, and further promote the high-quality implementation of RCEP in the Qinzhou Port Area, on September 14, 2023, the Institutional Innovation Bureau of China (Guangxi) Free Trade Pilot Zone Qinzhou Port Area and the Industrial Service Center of China (Guangxi) Free Trade Pilot Zone Qinzhou Port Area, together with the Qinzhou Municipal Bureau of Justice, Qinzhou Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the Secretariat of the Qinzhou Arbitration Commission, held the RCEP International Trade Legal Risk Prevention Business Training Conference.
Chen Yi, partner of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm, deputy director of Tongwang Qinzhou Branch, vice president of Qinzhou Lawyers Association, and member of the Qinzhou "Eighth Five-Year Plan" Legal Popularization Lecturer Group, was invited to give a lecture at the special training session. Representatives from relevant units in Qinzhou and Qinzhou Port Area, and more than 30 relevant enterprises in Qinzhou Port Area participated in the on-site training.
In the class, Lawyer Chen Yi gave an in-depth and simple explanation on the legal risk issues involved in contract subject review, contract signing and jurisdiction, contract clause setting, dispute resolution, contract performance or termination, etc., taking the typical contract dispute types that often occur in international trade as the topic of "Legal Identification and Legal Advice on International Trade Contract Management Risks", and specifically cited real cases in relevant contract review and judicial litigation practices to provide specific and feasible practical suggestions to the trainees.
This lecture was fully affirmed by the trainees present, and the meeting was effective.
