On the morning of January 12, 2020, the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Legal Affairs Department and the Enterprise Bankruptcy and Reorganization Legal Affairs Department of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm jointly held a special training session on the theme of "Practical Skills in Handling Enterprise Bankruptcy Cases." The special training was given by Ye Jianhan, senior partner of Tongwang Law Firm, director of the Enterprise Bankruptcy and Reorganization Legal Affairs Department, and deputy director of the Construction Engineering and Real Estate Legal Affairs Department, and was attended by full-time lawyers from the two departments and other lawyers from Tongwang Law Firm.
Lawyer Ye Jianhan, based on his own experience in handling enterprise bankruptcy cases, lectured on the practical skills commonly used in handling enterprise bankruptcy cases from the aspects of bankruptcy subject and bankruptcy reasons, sources of bankruptcy cases, guidelines for administrators in handling cases, and characteristics of enterprise bankruptcy, using specific practical cases. At the training site, the participating lawyers asked the lecturer about the doubts and difficulties encountered in bankruptcy practice, and Lawyer Ye Jianhan answered the questions one by one.
