On the morning of May 27, the sixth business training session of the Guangxi Lawyers Association's continuing education training base for lawyers in the region in 2023 was successfully held at Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm. This training was conducted by Chen Yi, Vice President of the Qinzhou Lawyers Association and Deputy Director of Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Law Firm, with the theme of "Analysis of Difficult Issues and Litigation Legal Practice in Disputes over Commercial Housing Sales Contracts." This lecture was conducted in a combination of offline and online methods, with more than 150 lawyers from the region participating in this training.

Starting from typical cases in the field of commercial housing sales that Chen Yi has handled, from the reservation contract in commercial housing sales contract disputes, the liability for breach of contract for overdue delivery of houses, the standards for house delivery, contract termination, borrowing to buy a house, and the serial sales of yin and yang contracts, combined with example cases, laws and regulations, and legal principles, Chen Yi detailed the difficult, doubtful, and key issues in judicial practice, conducted in-depth discussions on relevant controversial issues, and put forward opinions and suggestions on how lawyers can better handle similar cases in practice.
During the lecture, Chen Yi summarized many years of practical experience as a lawyer, cited extensively, analyzed systematically, and was easy to understand, which was praised by the participating lawyers. The participating lawyers still felt that the 3-hour training was not enough.
