The parties involved are attorney Li Hankao (first from left) and intern attorney Su Yujun (first from right) presenting a silk banner.
Ms. Qian and Mr. Li were formerly married and have a daughter. In 2018, they divorced by agreement, stipulating that the child would be raised by the father. However, the agreement was not actually fulfilled, and the child has been living with Ms. Qian. In recent years, as the daughter has grown, Ms. Qian intends to file a lawsuit with the court to change custody, requesting that the daughter be raised by her, in order to provide her daughter with a good learning and living environment.
After accepting Ms. Qian's entrustment, attorney Li Hankao and intern attorney Su Yujun repeatedly communicated with the client to understand both parties' income levels, work environments, the child's own wishes, and other information. They accurately grasped the favorable conditions, closely adhered to the principle of maximizing the best interests of the minor child when organizing the litigation materials, and promoted the case's progress as quickly as possible.
Through the unremitting efforts of the representing lawyers, the court ultimately changed the custody of the daughter to Ms. Qian and ordered the father to pay a certain amount of child support each month. After receiving the court's judgment, Ms. Qian excitedly stated, "Thank you very much for the lawyers' enthusiastic and professional service. The progress of the entire case was very fast, and the result was very satisfactory." She also presented silk banners to the two representing lawyers, thanking and affirming the efforts of attorney Li Hankao and intern attorney Su Yujun.
Attorney Li Hankao and intern attorney Su Yujun adhere to the service concept of "being entrusted by others and being loyal to their affairs," and are conscientious and responsible, doing their best to safeguard the rights and interests of the parties involved, regardless of the size of the case.
