On March 31, 2023, the Enterprise Bankruptcy and Reorganization Legal Affairs Department (hereinafter referred to as the Bankruptcy Department) of Guangxi Tongwang Law Firm successfully held the opening ceremony and the first training session of the 2023 series of training in Nanning in the form of "offline + Tencent Meeting live broadcast". The firm attached great importance to it. Nong Xuan, Executive Director, and Chen Zhen, Deputy Director, attended the opening ceremony of the training class and delivered speeches. Xiong Wei, Deputy Director of the Bankruptcy Department, presided over the opening ceremony and the first training session. Nearly 30 lawyers and intern lawyers from the head office and branches participated in the training activity.
Director Nong Xuan emphasized in his speech that the department's training work should be expanded, improved, and strengthened. First, we must develop good training habits and make the series of training a well-known brand; second, we must pay attention to the transformation of training results and effectively apply the learned skills to business practice; third, we must strengthen external learning and exchanges, and use the "stones of other mountains" for our "jade"; fourth, we must strengthen marketing and promotion, look up at the road, and produce and promote legal service products that meet market demands.
Deputy Director Chen Zhen delivered a speech on behalf of the firm. She asked everyone to improve their political standing and grasp the political direction; base themselves on the essence of lawyers and enhance their professional capabilities; give play to their professional advantages and serve the overall situation; and hope that everyone will cherish this training opportunity and exchange and learn from each other.
The first training session was given by Ye Jianhan, Director of the Bankruptcy Department and Senior Partner. Relying on his profound theoretical foundation, rich practical experience, and broad vision, Lawyer Ye Jianhan systematically taught the trainees the "ways" of undertaking bankruptcy business, focusing on the theme of "Overview of Ways to Undertake Bankruptcy Business in the New Situation". The trainees also conducted fruitful interactive exchanges on related topics of interest.
This series of training will take several key links in handling bankruptcy business as the course design. It is an important measure for the Bankruptcy Department to actively implement the firm's decision on professional construction and continuously improve the professional legal service capabilities of lawyers. It aims to strengthen internal training, summarize experience, consolidate knowledge, improve the professional quality of case handlers, and promote the main points of bankruptcy case handling.
