In order to solidly carry out legal publicity for teenagers, enhance their awareness of the rule of law, effectively protect minors, and promote the construction of a law-based campus, on the afternoon of February 22, Luo Xiong, a party member lawyer from Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, as the legal vice-principal of Wuzhou No. 16 Middle School, was invited to Wuzhou No. 16 Middle School to conduct a special legal education lecture entitled "Law Enters the Campus, Escorting Growth" for more than 800 teachers and students.
Before the lecture, Lian Zuhang, the vice-principal of Wuzhou No. 16 Middle School, presented Luo Xiong with the letter of appointment for the legal vice-principal.
In the lecture, Lawyer Luo Xiong, with the theme of "Law Enters the Campus, Escorting Growth", guided the students to think about the connection between law and real life from three aspects: "Understanding the Main Contents of Law", "Who You Are Legally" and "Law Guards Our Life", through examples that actually happened in life. In a simple and easy-to-understand way, while popularizing legal knowledge, students can understand the protection and importance of citizens' rights by laws such as the "Constitution", the "Civil Code", and the "Law on the Protection of Minors". Finally, Lawyer Luo gave the students the message "Learning the law is a compulsory course in life; using the law is a talisman for peace" to end this meaningful special lecture on legal education.
This legal education lecture enabled the teachers and students of the school to have a better understanding of the law, and cultivated students' ability to distinguish right from wrong, self-protection awareness, and the concept of abiding by laws and disciplines.
