In order to comprehensively promote the revitalization of rural areas and the solid advancement of the construction of a rule-of-law countryside, and to further improve the awareness of laws among rural people and rural primary school students, a strong atmosphere of universal knowledge, understanding, and compliance with the law is created. Since February 2023, the Wuzhou Justice Bureau, in conjunction with Guangxi Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, has carried out a series of activities of "Legal Benefits for the People, Sending Laws to the Countryside" in light of its actual work, distributing publicity materials to villagers, providing legal advice, and publicizing the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China and courses on preventing sexual assault to students, conveying the "rule of law" voice of the Civil Code and legal aid to the masses in a subtle way, popularizing the law to the grassroots level, serving the fields, sowing the seeds of the rule of law in the spring, and letting the rule of law take root and sprout in the hearts of the masses.
I. Sending Laws to the Countryside
On the afternoon of February 11, staff of the Wuzhou Justice Bureau and Mo Chuying, a lawyer from Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, went to Gaicun Village Group, Shuangdi Village, Langnan Town, Teng County, to provide door-to-door legal aid services for the case of Chen, a minor, requesting social insurance benefits. Lawyer Mo provided detailed and patient answers to the legal questions raised by Chen's father face-to-face.

II. Sending Laws to Schools
On February 20, Mo Chuying, a lawyer from Tongwang (Wuzhou) Law Firm, went to Wuzhou Renyi Primary School, located in Renyi Village Group, Daoshui Town, Changzhou District, and Wuzhou Ludong Primary School, located in Ludong Village, Daoshui Town, Changzhou District, to carry out legal publicity activities, publicizing the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China to more than 100 teachers and students of the two schools, as well as content on preventing sexual assault and preventing campus bullying. Lawyer Mo used typical campus cases that have occurred in recent years as examples to explain to the students relevant legal knowledge about campus bullying, family education, illegal crimes, and other related laws, improve students' awareness of knowing, understanding, and abiding by the law, learn to correctly use legal weapons to protect their legitimate rights and interests, stay away from crime, and grow up healthily. He also deepened everyone's understanding of relevant laws through question-and-answer and interactive methods, which was well received by teachers and students.
