On December 7th, Lawyer Zeng Wenbin from Guangxi Tongwang (Qinzhou) Office accepted the invitation of Qinzhou Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau and led the staff of Qinzhou Municipal Administrative Approval Bureau to study the knowledge of the Constitution.
